IT Support Engineer
IT Support Duties and Responsibilities:
- UAE driving License is MUST
- Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- IT Assets management of Office IT hardware and sites.
- Support the implementation of computer systems, Printers, Configuration etc.
- Microsoft Windows Installation, MS Office, Antivirus, ERP software Installation and latest updates and patches for smooth running of systems on sites and Head Office.
- Create AD accounts for new users, Joining PCs to the Domain and installation of all necessary software.
- Autodesk AutoCAD software Installation, Revit, Photoshop Installation and activation for design engineers onsite and office.
- Structured Cabling for offices and sites, CAT 6 Cables Crimping, testing on sites and Offices of Tiger Group.
- Access Cards Activation and maintenance of Access Control systems for Tiger GYMs and Parking Cards.
- Taking Fingerprints of new employees on sites and uploading to central attendance system.
- IP Phones Installation, Maintenance, and reporting.
- Forticlient VPN Client Installation on PCs.
- Knowledge of Basic Networking Concepts (Switch, Firewall, Hub)
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Certifications are preferred, but not required.
- Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
