We are hiring an IT Support Officer
For those who can immediately join (Visit or Canceled Visa) any nationality with UAE experience.
IT Support – Skills & Qualification:
- Installation and setup of structured network
- Installation and configuration of server and desktop
- Antivirus, Internal Security, and endpoint security installation
- IT server and network technical support for installation and Configuration of IP and CCTV solution
- Installation and configurational Attendance and access control system
- Installation and Configuration of IP and analog telephone system
- Installation and configuration of Active Directory DC, DHCP, Exchange Server
- Created ADC Group policies and deploy them to users/groups
- Resolve hardware issues in desktop computers
- Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Fixing network faults
- Installation and configuration of multifunctional printers
- Hardware and service of RICOH multifunctional printers
- Troubleshooting printer issues
- Day-to-day monitoring of network use
- Installing new software
- Technical support onsite/remote
