Job Description

• Help manage current customer accounts
• Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
• Provide exceptional customer’s service to customer and carriers.
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipment as required by customers.
• Provide technical assistance with computers hardware and software.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to entire organization.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

Experience: 0 to 2 years
