Description:

• At least 2-years experience in a law firm in the UAE
• Degree in Law
• He/she should be residing in the UAE
• Wide knowledge of the current law in the UAE
• Excellence in the drafting of legal notice, memorandum, etc.
• Excellence interpersonal communication skills
• Experience drafting legal opinion
• Offer legal expertise in matters pertaining to the inquiry of prospective clients, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. 
• He/she should have the ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc.  
• Can work independently but should be able to complete the given tasks and requests promptly and accurately.
• Obtain support during the legal work procedures
• Finalizes and draft the written summaries of the article to be published on the website
• Provide assistance in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc.
• Responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions.
• Responsible for maintaining client relationships and conducts new research work as well
• Reviewing Contracts
