Role Summary
The role is responsible to manage our online payment acceptance from all aspects, acting
as the business owner of this stream while working with internal stakeholders and external
partners across the region. The role will focus on optimizing payment costs, improving
payment success rates, introducing new payment methods, improving experience and
increasing online payments share.

What Did We Order?
Solution-oriented and with a high sense of ownership
5+ years of payments experience with at least 2+ years within the acceptance domain in
MENA
Self-driven with a high sense of ownership and require minimal supervision
Focused knowledge of card payments, PSPs, acquirers, APMs, and new payment
technologies
Data savvy: Comfortable with analytical tools and collaborating with data teams to make
data-driven decisions
Advanced Excel knowledge and excellent presentation skills
Comfortable driving multiple initiatives
