Description:
If you have a backround in marketing and understand the retail industry & its developments as well as have good knowledge of the interior fitout industry, than this role might be interesting for you. Amongst other tasks your role would include the following:
- Maintain CRM/Client Database and identify, prioritize and research new contacts
- Record & maintain statistics of KPI's (Network Growth, Hit Rates, Order Intake,..)
- Work closely with the Group Marketing Headoffice, the Sales Team and the rest of the company to create content for Newsletters and Social Media updates
- Create relevant appointments for Sales Team
- Attend targeted Promotional Activities and Events
- Plan and organise corporate events
- Maintain Database & Relationship with Press & Media Contacts
- Prepare agenda and write minutes of meetings for regular Sales & Marketing meetings
- Support the Sales & Projects Team with Administrative Tasks
- Personal Assistance to the General Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from any related field
- Willingness to visit customers and attend networking events
- Relevant work experience as PA and/or in Marketing (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the retail & fitout industry
- Experience with organising corporate events
- Ability to do modification on artworks (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw,..)
- Ability to use common Newsletter Tools
- Experience to work with a CRM System / Client Database
- flexible in working hours
- Fluent in English (highest literacy level 5)
- Arabic language skills (literacy level 2) are and advantage
