Mechanical Maintenance

Description:

Requirements:

1) Perform overhaul and carryout break down maintenance of rotating equipment like pumps, screw and reciprocating compressors as and when needed.

2) Perform shaft alignment by using laser alignment tool and rim & face methods, reverse dial alignment methods.

3) Good knowledge on bearing installation, maintenance and its trouble shooting.

4) Excellent knowledge on PTW system of oil and gas industries.

5) Prepare tools, materials and spare parts as per maintenance schedule.

6) Prepare status reports on rotating equipment

7) Follow relevant occupational health, safety environmental and quality procedures and instructions etc.

Excellent hands on experience on maintenance of rotating equipment like pumps, reciprocating compressors, screw compressors etc.

9) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

10) At least 3 years experience working in Offshore

11) 5 years of experience in maintenance of rotating equipment in oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industries.

12) Good communication skills

13) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and power point

14) Preferably locally available
