Job Description
- Attention to detail in selecting audio, video, colors, and animation for motion graphic design
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
- Has top-notch interpersonal and communication skills
- Has great initiative and can work independently from a group
- Be up-to-date with current design trends and always on the lookout for new techniques, styles and cool shiny things
- Be familiar with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms and the technical specifications and best practices for each of them
- Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files on the central storage space
- Work across multiple projects and pitches simultaneously
- Multi-disciplinary with vast knowledge and experience in the creative field.
- Versatile designer which can work over tight deadlines with minimal guidance
Qualifications
- With at least 5 years related work experience
- Experienced with conceptualizing and designing 2d/3d animation and video editing projects
- Familiar with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms
- Skilled and solid background on Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Experience in Maxon C4D or any other program that makes 3D things fly, break and explode
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge and experience are a plus
- Experience in Web design and development
- Background and know-how in User interaction and design
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize - Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphics projects
- Design - Create motion graphics for video deliverables, websites, social media platforms and mobile
- Collaborate - Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
- Receiving, understanding and progressing creative briefs
- The ability to think strategically about Motion Graphics & website aesthetics
- A keen sense of visual timing, narrative, storytelling, color grading and theme selection
- Can create website designs and mock ups from scratch to finish
- Produce and generate sophisticated designs for user-centric mobile applications
