Night Manager

Description:

We are looking for a Night Manager in Al Khaleej Palace Deira Hotel - Dubai. Leads the work flow in the Front Office during the night shift operation.

• Responsible for night safety and security
• Prepare the DM log sheet and send it to the Management team.
• Be fully conversant with all legislation in respect of hotel sales, practical employment law, payment of services, registration of guests, security procedures and data protection.
• Conduct regular inspections of the Hotel, ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees and to assist departments where necessary. To report and follow up with the relevant department managers to ensure standards are adhered to.
• Assist the security Department to investigate all incidents of thefts that may occur within the Hotel Premises
• Handle Guest complaints and deal with guest queries efficiently.
• Responsible for the entire operation of Reception.
• Represents the Hotel Management at all times.
• Handles all guest complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction for all hotel guests.
• Achieve the sectional Objectives for the financial year and maintaining standards of service in accordance to the standard operating procedures.

Provide and maintain a high level of supervision and management by proactive and interactive leadership.

Ensure that all guests’ needs and requirements are met and or exceeded, providing at all times the highest level of service and satisfaction by working closely with all related departments.

To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Operation ensuring that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

Requirements: Hospitality experience is a must within UAE on the same position for at least 2+ years
