That is why we’re building AhoyConnect - a community data intelligence platform, that enables organizations to understand, grow, engage, automate, and derive value from their members.
We are a fully remote team that values transparency, clear communication, and the discussion of facts and opinions. Also, we’ve just closed our Seed round and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey to becoming the global tool of choice for community-led companies.

We would love you to:
- Support the CEO and Leadership team in their daily challenges across all the business areas, including sales, product, competition and industry research, data analysis, pre-sales development, and many more!
- Work on long-term strategy, research, modeling, and analytics projects to help decision-making and guide the future direction of the company.
- Make recommendations for business performance, policies and procedures, and overall operations improvement.
- Prospect, qualify, and reach out to individuals for consultation, partnership, research, or content engagement.
- Occasionally help with candidate sourcing and screening, finance&accounting, and general tasks.
You’re a perfect candidate if you have:
- Doer mindset - you crash through all kinds of tasks while staying well-organized and proactive 🚀
- You already have first experience (1-2 years) working in a startup, top tech company, VC fund, or a leading consulting firm 🏅
- You work smart: you constantly think about ways to improve how things are done 💡
- You work hard: when at work, you hustle like nobody 👨💻
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills 📈
- Fluency in English 💬
Nice but not essential:
- Fluency in Polish 🇵🇱
- Experience with a fully remote team 🌍
- Watched the TV show 'Silicon Valley' at least twice 😎
