Operations Manager

 

Description:

Looking for an Arabic speaker that has an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

Responsibilities

  1. Hall management and monitoring.
  2. Direct contact of Head office.
  3. Staff briefings and meetings.
  4. Staff schedules.
  5. Assigning staff tasks to HODs.
  6. Training new staff.
  7. Writing reports.
  8. Contacts, relations, and coordination.
  9. Developing and updating promotions, offers and programs.
  10. Cc’ed in HR staff vacation, sick leaves, attendance etc.
  11. LED screens and TVs in charge.
  12. Follow up on Stocks.
  13. implement the right standard operating procedures.
  14. Strategize process improvements.
  15. Annual staff evaluation/performance.

Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker with fluency in English
  • Living in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
