Manpower Forecast, Monitor, Manage Records and Documentation

  • Accountable for handling resources and ensure 100% utilization of entire work force / equipments as per the contract.
  • Plan and organize staff requirements to ensure availability of resources for short-term & long term, permanent & temporary per contract-based requirements and ensure all processes are followed based on SOPs, KPI’s and HSE regulations.
  • Monitor the day to day duty of staff activities, prepare / monitor schedule / Roster for deploying staff. Identify any potential shortfalls/excess staff and find out appropriate solutions for client requirement including events.
  • Ensure manpower is planned effectively in order to control overtime and reduce using staff working on day-offs.
  • Accountable in controlling cost of each resources per client and including maintaining of staff log to identify man-days/hours spent on each contract with an aim for cost control and avoid overspending.
  • Submission of attendance records, job charts for permanent and temporary service requirement and extend support in invoice follow-up.
  • Act as a point of contact between company and client to resolve issues i.e., operational, contractual and billing in a timely manner and ensure all the job chart soft copies to be submitted to Finance Dept.
  • Submission of productivity report every month to finance/management.

 

Planning & Safety

  • Conduct site survey, prepare assessment reports and identify suitable solutions based on requirements and site conditions.
  • Handle and monitor site base risk in compliance with HSE standard.

 

Team Work and Communication

  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with the internal and external stakeholder.
  • Communicate with LINE Manager, Peers, or Subordinates, provide information to LINE Manager and co-workers in written. Provide uninterrupted communication to facilitate services through meetings to ensure that company interest is protected with all client/contracts.
  • Work effectively with sales team in order to provide/maintain continuity of customer relations and deliver efficient service.

 

Mobilization and Supervision

  • Responsible to plan, prepare, mobilize manage, and communicate as one point of contact for physical manpower services milestones with implementation for both short-term & long term, permanent & temporary.
  • Plan, develop and implement continuous training program to train Supervisors for efficient post-to-post inspections.

 

Client Relationship Management / Report

  • Develop and maintain healthy relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include client’s new requirement request and existing contract updation and support.
  • Submit Monthly resource utilization report to each LINE Managers.
  • Any additional task as and when assigned by the LINE Manager and Internal Meeting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree / Preferred MBA
  • 5+ years Manpower Supply or FM / Cleaning Industry experience is mandatory
  • Excellent Client Relationship Skills
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is an essential requirement.
