Main Job Purpose

Reports and assists the warehouse manager in driving customer order fulfill on time on day-to-day operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Customer orders fulfill on time.
• Verifies customer purchase order price and barcodes are correct and up-to-date, if any issue, highlight to sales team.
• Co-ordination with sales on delivery window, stock availability on promo if any, sales deal etc.
• Highlight credit limit and blocked customer to sales and Finance
• Ensure all orders are process and created deliver everyday.
• Outbound delivery created base on customer requested date and priority.
• Order handover to outbound team for planning on time.
• Update CD on their order status upon request.
• Co-ordination with Master data and IT whenever required
• Adhere to the Safety & Quality standards within the company
• Supervises timely execution of processing order and stock allocation, if case of issue highlight to logistics supervisor.
• Reinforce proactive measures affecting customer service.

Key Skills

• Good communication skills with experience in customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong people skills, leadership skills

Relevant Experience

• Must have SAP/Oracle knowledge
• Must be strong in Excel
• Must be flexible with working shift work and 6-day weeks
