Patient Case Coordinator

Description:

We are URGENTLY looking for a Patient Case Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff meetings with the clinical team.
• Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Liaise between the management and clinical team to the patient and patient's family.
• Raise any incident reports upon receiving complaints or feedbacks from the patient/patient's family.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably related to medical).
• With at least 2 years of work experience as a Patient Coordinator or Patient Relations Officer in a healthcare facility such as Homecare, Hospital, Medical Center, or Clinic.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Immediately Available.
