Job Opening for a Personal Assistant to the CEO as an Executive Secretary

 

The duties and requirements of the role would include:

 

• Maximizing efficiency of the workflow by filing and retrieving corporate records and documents, processing email and correspondence, creating memos and reminders, organizing the wise use of office equipment and other resources. introducing new methods to save time and resources.

 

• Preparing executive summaries and reports.

 

• Managing the chairman's professional and personal schedule, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.

 

• Managing, coordinating, and arranging the CEO's travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, event's registration; visa submission and paperwork.

 

• Managing CEO's communications including personal emails, keeping him informed and updated on tasks and provide reminders.

 

• Performing personal assignments of the chairman.

 

• Answering the company's mobile and helping new clients with the provision of the necessary information to them.

 

• Should have able knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in Excel, preferably able to touch type.

 

• Should be fluent, able to read, speak and write English.

 

• Should be able to act as a receptionist/secretary
