Qualifications:
- 1) Having 1-2 years of Experience in UAE Real Estate market.
- 2) Remarkable presentation and communication skills.
- 3) A millennial winning personality intensified by offline & online sales skills.
- 4) Tech-savvy with contagious confidence & social media drive.
- 5) A natural advocate of wealth management, luxury lifestyle and entrepreneurial success.
- 6) Commendable business ethics founded in honesty, integrity, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- 7) Highly intelligent, a reader that acknowledges the importance of research and evaluation.
- 8) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and responsible.
- 9) Must have valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms
- Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis.
- Intermediate negotiation processes and advise clients based on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legalities, and all other related matters with transparency & honesty.
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighbourhood
- Create educational & promotional social media contents.
