1. Minimum of 2-5 years of Real Estate experience in the off-plan market in Dubai.
2. Presentable and Polished.
3. Fluent in English. Added languages are an advantage – Hindi, Urdu.
4. Good Negotiation and Persuasion skills.
5. Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
6. UAE Driving License and Car is a must.
7. The candidate's documents need to be attested as per UAE requirements.

Job Description:

1. Acquire thorough knowledge of off-plan developments in Dubai.
2. Prospect potential clients looking to buy property in Dubai.
3. Deal with Leads and update in-house CRM system accordingly.
4. Source referrals.
5. Complete end-to-end paperwork process required to conclude the transaction.
6. Educate prospective clients on Fortune 5 in-house developments.
7. Build contacts and expand network within the market.
8. Be well informed of the Real estate market trends.
