- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Scout and identify potential lead generation channels/partnerships.
- Conducting negotiations with clients, investors and brokers.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, whatsapp etc.
- Prepare and present business proposals to persuade clients and securing a deal
- Monitor the property market trends and adjust accordingly
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies
- Build and establish good working relationship with property brokers, clients, and field professionals to expand and enhance professional network

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum sales experience 2-3 years (any field preferable real estate related)
- Sound knowledge of real estate law
- Strong negotiations skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Target/task oriented
- Fluent in Arabic/English
- UAE resident
