We at BinHendi, we are looking for a Property Security Supervisor. The Position of Property security supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day security related operations, with budget accountability. A primary focus of the role is to ensure that all the properties are secured, monitored and reported. This role ensures the safety and security of all tenants in the buildings in case of any emergencies. The role will manage investigations associated with safety operations and will also review and implement safety and security best practices.
Job Description -
- Manage Security operations and provide the leadership required to ensure that the proper policies and procedures are in place to provide a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, assets, residents.
- Utilizing a strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV equipment and investigations.
- Creativity and innovation in deploying security technologies.
- Preparing and maintaining all required security and documentation.
- Plan security for special and high-risk events.
- Patrolling all the properties and check on any discrepancies, with respect to sub leasing, unauthorized visitors in the premises.
- Monitor access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
- Responsible for monitoring of surveillance cameras at the properties.
- Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives for all the Alpha and BHE properties.
- Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
- Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
- Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
- Attend meetings, to keep abreast of changes in executive directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
- Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Recommend security procedures for security operations, asset classification systems, system maintenance, access control.
- Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, to the president and chairman office.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests or others on company property.
Technical Competencies-
- High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
- Proven experience as security Supervisor or similar position.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV).
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
