Description:
We are Hiring for Public Relations Officer ( PRO ) – with PRO Permit Card
- Software Proficiency: Ms Excel, word, PPT, Outlook
- Language: Native Arabic, and Fluent English
- Vehicle: The candidates must have their own vehicle.
- Contract Duration: 6 months ( Extendable )
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5 pm.
- Nationality:Male Arabic Native Speaker with PRO Permit Card and Experiences in Oil Flied companies (only available immediately and available in UAE )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collect and Provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all labor and immigration rules to keep HR department abreast of the changes of Rules and procedures.
- Renew, update and maintain all employees and their visas, labor cards and labor contract in timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and immigration departments.
- Provide full services, support, and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such as driving license, car registrations, accommodation, medical insurance and legal requirements to ensure that PRO services are provided.
- Renew and update the trade licenses and ADDC licenses and other government certificates
- Deal with different government department DED, Immigration, MOL, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Police department, ADDC, TRA, Traffic Department, Civil Defense
- Renew and maintain all company license in UAE which include office, and other company’s properties.
- Arrange and follow labors accommodation
- Translation of Arabic to English / English to Arabic and documents attestation
- Prepare security passes forms and submit to CICPA offshore and onshore for oil filed projects
- Deal with Tasheel and Tawjeeh offices for labor contracts and labor sessions.
- Renew and coordinate for company vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance
- Responsible for all the employment insurance including revision and renewal of the policies
- Update of all staff records in the system
- Any other tasks which assigned from Abu Dhabi team and Management
