Hiring Quantity Surveyor Engineer.
Job description
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Overlook maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Preferred with Procurement experience
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Education, Skills & Experience:
- BSc. University degree in engineering branches. i.e. Mechanical, –Civil, electrical, chemical, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of all types of contracts used in the industry
- Good understanding of contractual, commercial, and financial functions
- Experienced in the estimation of resources and Project risk analysis.
- Negotiation Skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with fluctuating numbers of staff.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Supervisory experience
- Minimum 7 years UAE experience.
