Qualification:-

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate agent and an Off-Plan expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Proven track of successful sales records.

- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

- Possess a valid UAE driver's license.

- Must be equipped with multiple listings

- Expert in Off-Plan and Secondary market.

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

* Find new investors and buyers to introduce new projects and close the deal in the real estate sector in Dubai

* Expand the client list and produce more reviews for the company

* Assist sellers in how to promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.

* Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.

* Evaluate the client's desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.
