Job functions:

• Generating new business using the client database.
• Generating new leads.
• Monitoring all client queries and ensure timely response.
• Arranging and conducting viewings.
• Negotiating offers with developers and owners.
• Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
• Following documentation process for every transaction and making sure the compliance is always met.

Job requirements:

• Motivated people eager to learn about the business are welcome to apply.
• Languages - Fluent English compulsory written and spoken. Chinese and Arabic desirable.
