Real Estate Broker

Description:

We are looking for real estate brokers willing to work as partners in the business, not employees. They can be any nationality or gender with a minimum experience of 2 years in real estate in Dubai.

Work description:

· Searching for new properties for sale or rent in dedicated areas.

· Creating price lists compared to similar properties on the market.

· Generate client leads to buy, sell or rent properties.

· Create and manage a list of properties accurately.

· Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase and rent agreements, and other documents required for real estate transactions.

· Be always on time, never late.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai

· Driving license and own car

· Professional grooming (Elegant pants, elegant shoes, shirt, and tie are a must)

· Good language skills, at least one of the languages to be fluent in (English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)

· Ambitious and determined, willing to take this job as his own business
