Real Estate Sales Training Manager

Description:

A Semi-Government Masterplan Developer in Sharjah is looking for a Real Estate Sales Training- Arabic Speaker to develop training courses for our Sales team.

Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process and the ability to manage the full training cycle.

1. Develops individual coaching plans, and provides resources and assistance.
2. Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
3. Observes sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
4. Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
5. Monitor sales objectives and results.

• Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
2. Advanced customer service and time management skills
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Outstanding coaching skills
5. Great organizational and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to measure performance
7. Experience with building and developing teams.

As a Sales Trainer, you are responsible to collaborate with the sales staff and identify issues the employees are facing. You will also be responsible for maximizing their effectiveness through these training programs. Your role includes creating the learning material, monitoring performance after each session, and making recommendations for improvements.
