Job description

The Reception Manager directly leads the front office team and indirectly supports the coaching team. Ensure an outstanding guest experience while developing sales and overall club development.

The role revolves around customer service, retail and team management.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• 3 – 5 plus years of experience as Team Leader / Manager – Front Desk or Reception of a luxury hotel or hospitality industry
• Well-experienced in creating systems for the department & providing training to the Front Desk / Reception team.
• Excellent in upselling services
• Preferable to have UAE Driving License
• Sports Management / Wellness Centre / Fitness related experience will be a bonus
• Excellent English & interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be in the UAE; preferably Dubai.
