Reception Supervisor



Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Reception Supervisor. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact to welcome all patients and visitors.
  • Ensure consistent high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and oversee processes and procedures in the reception.
  • Line management of all reception staff, developing staff, managing appraisals, disciplinary and shift schedule.
  • Providing hands-on support in the reception, training and guidance to drive & improve standards.
  • Ensure reception team are well informed of new updates.
  • Liaise with external maintenance, purchasing department to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Uses effective customer service skills to meet the needs of the patients, families and the staff to facilitate patient flow.
  • Ability to organize and manage numerous tasks at one time and meet short deadlines.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience as Reception Supervisor or Head Receptionist in a dental setting.
  • Proven experience in managing/leading the reception.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • A passion for customer service and exceeding patient expectations.
  • Knowledgeable in reception process and insurance.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
