Recruitment Researcher

Description:

* Taking Job Briefs for active positions, to be able to target the right candidates to the right opportunities.

* Preparing market mappings

*Actively working on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates.

* Putting together information briefs for candidates to better understand the client, role and job

market.

* Update progress on each search across various clients.

* Updating the records of active candidates.

* Managing interview processes between clients and candidates: organising interviews and

coordinating travel arrangements for clients/candidates if required.

Profile:

· Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written. ENGLISH MUST BE FLUENT.

· Minimum 1 year work experience in recruitment, customer service or sales role.

· Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure

· Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously
