• Up to 70% Commission Structure.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• List and sell residential or commercial real estate

• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers

• Identify each client’s service requirements to ensure service meets agreed standards.

• Manage client expectations

• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

• Verify and disclose property facts to clients.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Previous Real Estate experience is mandatory.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Bi-Lingual (English & Arabic, Preferred Not Mandatory)

• Valid UAE Driving License

• Own Car (Preferred Not Mandatory)
