Responsibilities
- Supervising all areas and operations of Rooftop .
- Coordinating the different functions done by all employees of the establishment.
- Setting goals for improving the business.
- Develop a work team and lead team leaders to implement change.
- supervise team members and provide them with the training and direction they need to meet company and personal expectations.
- Provide clients with superior services, products and guidance.
- Prepare performance appraisals quarterly or annually and deliver them to each associate on a one-on-one basis.
- Discipline team members as needed, including issuing verbal warnings, write-ups and termination. Make recommendations for discipline and/or termination to other managing members of your staff as appropriate.
- Facilitate the implementation of a productivity framework.
- Implement service recovery framework.
- Lead workplace communication and engagement.
- Manage loss/risk prevention.
- Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level.
- Inspect all aspects of the outlet environment ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order and direct respective personnel to rectify deficiencies immediately.
- Review sales and costs for previous day; resolve discrepancies with Accounting. Track actual against budget.
- Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business.
- Prepare weekly work schedules in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjust schedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
- Planning events (Themes & Parties ) and books promoters , DJs , entertainers & artists as well as managing performances.
- Negotiating contracts for entertainers, plans and oversees event operations and staff, creates and sticks to a budget and ensures a positive experience for guests.
- keeping guests entertained and excited within a plan and budget.
