Retail Shops Supervisor

Description:

· Oversea the team and make sure that they understand their duties by continuous coaching and direction

· Monitor staff performance whether in terms of sales, attending to clients, attendance etc.

· Set employee schedule.

· Set employees sale targets and monitor their achievements

· Identify customer inquiries and complaints and make recommendation for solution.

· Maintain store presentation and cleanness.

· Coordinate with the accounts and administration department on regular stock count and make sure that all items are on display.

· Coordinate with management on special offers and discounts

· Prepare and arrange for special occasions such as new year time, Christmas and public holidays whether in Bahrain or GGC courtiers especially Saudi.

Job requirements

· Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.

· In-depth knowledge of fashion product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
