Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for the purpose of enhancing our Sales and Marketing. The primary product being designed, manufactured, and refurbished are all types of Heat Exchangers, primarily Shell and Tube, Finned Tube Exchangers and Plate Heat Exchangers. The values proposition of Dolphin is the unparalleled knowledge base, and capacities to be a one stop shop for all Heat Exchange related needs.  The workshop is an ASME ‘U’ Stamped facility. With facilities present in Oman and Qatar.

The role and responsibility can be divided and summarized as below:

  1. Identify unexplored industries and geographies which can utilizes our existing capabilities whilst generating a profit.
  2. Ensure a healthy revenue pipeline for existing capabilities.
  3. Engage the customer to enhance sales volume.
  4. Identify the reason, and competitor responsible for all lost sales.

 

Job Accountabilities:

  1. Maximize the development and utility of all Sales resources.
  2. Ensure a stable and capacity proportional revenue pipeline.
  3. Act as honest broker between client company interactions, conflicts and disputes.
  4. forms on time.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

1.     Minimum Bachelors Degree in (Engineering/Marketing/Management)

Experience:

  1. A minimum of 2 years in the last 5 years at Oil and Gas Services firm in Abu Dhabi.
  2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience at similar position.
  3. A minimum of 6 years in Industrial Services

4.   Required Skills:

Good Working Knowledge of Windows office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
