Description:
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a proven track record in solution selling with excellent technical knowledge in LV Switchgear. He must be skilled in business planning and brand development and have a demonstrated track-record in sales and marketing. He must be an Electrical engineering graduate with 10 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet revenue expectation and implement a comprehensive business plan with the objective of growing the product sales
- Build strong customer relationship and communication at all levels.
- Work closely with the design consultant on new projects.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop the same with new ones.
- Look for new business ventures, products & services to enhance business growth
- Achieve sales targets by implementing agreed designed strategies and exploring all business opportunities, thereby increasing the profitable growth of the company.
- Conduct technical observation/ study of the relevant project specifications in order to prepare the techno-commercial proposals for the represented product line.
- Supervise over the proposal preparation and final review of the offers.
- Oversee the commercial negotiations and bidding with the contractors and finalization of orders and projects.
- Follow up on collections and support the finance team with timely collection.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience in the Electrical industry in the Gulf region, more precisely in Low Voltage Switchgear
- Competitive mindset and readiness for a challenging working environment
- UAE driving License
