We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Manager (Real Estate) for our Dubai based office (Business Bay).
Requirements:
- Strict commitment to the daily sales activities assigned by the CEO.
- Respond to assigned leads immediately upon receiving them.
- Generating referrals from existing leads and clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to reach targets within the agreed time frame.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Dubai Real Estate Brokerage experience for a minimum of 5 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English is compulsory, and Arabic is a plus.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Presentable & trustworthy.
