What will you be doing?

• Your role will be focused on achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan

• Expanding the company’s customer base 

• Managing objectives setting and performance of sales executives

• Present sales, revenue reports, and forecasts to the management team

What do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience managing sales teams

• Excellent leadership skills

• Good understanding of CRM systems and best practices

• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Great written and verbal communication skills
