What You Will Be Doing

• Promote the sales of personal banking products especially Personal Loans in the allocated markets
• Achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager
• Provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis
• Conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes
• Responsible for managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets
• Identify any cross sell opportunities for other business divisions of the bank
• Understand competition and suggest changes for products / process to improve sales
• Motivate individuals by awarding high performers and guiding the not so good performers in improving performance

What You Should Have

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in selling banking products specializing in Personal Loans or in a financial industry
