We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Officers in UAE who manage loan sales for Leading Banks in UAE.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Sales Officers – Personal Loans (Job Code: PLS-22)

CTC:

UAE is a tax free country hence no tax deductions; CTC is equal to salary in hand

Rs.10 LPA (Lacs per Annum) across all positions. (4000 Dhms per month plus Incentive)

Plus, huge performance linked incentives.

· Candidate if selected, Employment Visa will be sponsored by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Experience in selling loans is mandatory.

· The Key Job is: - “Get the sale” using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)

· Generate or follow through sales leads

· Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships

· Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

Maintain and expand client database to increase sales

REQUIREMENTS:

· Graduate degree or equivalent

· Proven sales experience in Loans

· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
