4-5 Years UAE experience, Good knowledge in Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, issuing quotations, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials. Responding to complaints from customers and when requested general daily office administration, daily secretarial duties, covering reception area and supporting Management in daily office works. Presentable, multifunctional, excellent in Microsoft office & Outlook, can handle pressure as well as entire office, coordinate with other offices in UAE and should possess excellent communication skills.
