Key Highlights
- Proven working experience as "HR Manager" for at least 4 to 5 years.
- Food & Beverage and Retail Company background experience will be an advantage.
- Should have managed more than 300+ employees in the company.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
- Strong reruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair, and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources
