Job Description:

• Leads the security team in the protection of assigned premises, assets and personnel.
• Plans, deploy and conducts security operation checks, and assesses security risks and how to prevent them.
• Carryout after-action reviews of security operations.
• Assesses the work performance of security officers and develops training plans for the team.
• Need to coach individual supervisor to improve their performance.

Required Criteria:

• 5+ plus years UAE security industry experience.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 12-hour rotating shifts and be physically fit
• Must be SIRA certified Supervisor
• Excellent English communication skills
• Report writing skills
• Driving License is mandatory
