Seller Support

 

Description:

  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers.
  • Achieve successful first time resolution on all seller contacts.
  • Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting firm’s Sellers partners.
  • Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service
  • Ability to understand account management role.
  • Should have some level of vendor / seller interaction role.
  • Should be able to work on Ms Excel.
  • Regular Follow ups with Sellers.
  • Ability to handle escalations / complaints from the sellers.
  • Reconciliation Knowledge (stock & Sales) - Preferred / not required.
  • Ability to send Day to day Reports .
  • Ability to go beyond the call of duty to deliver the task in hand
  • 6 days working
