Description:
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers.
- Achieve successful first time resolution on all seller contacts.
- Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting firm’s Sellers partners.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service
- Ability to understand account management role.
- Should have some level of vendor / seller interaction role.
- Should be able to work on Ms Excel.
- Regular Follow ups with Sellers.
- Ability to handle escalations / complaints from the sellers.
- Reconciliation Knowledge (stock & Sales) - Preferred / not required.
- Ability to send Day to day Reports .
- Ability to go beyond the call of duty to deliver the task in hand
- 6 days working
