The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to sell, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer, up-sell and cross-sell products and other services to clients related to Forex Brokerage.
  • Continuous relationship building and communication with clients to identify clients need and to ensure requests are known and to create solutions to ensure smooth sales process.
  • Generate new businesses & target Potential clients while developing a database i.e. lead generations.
  • Suggest new opportunities and ideas for sales performance growth.
  • Liaising with Client support, operations and Compliance for processes or updates of client accounts. 
  • Ability to control multi stakeholder sales opportunities and pro-actively search for more sales opportunities. 
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events or other as indicated by management where potential new business opportunities could be pursued.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to self-generate appointments.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Sales driven, outgoing and ambitious professional with excellent industry connections.
  • Proven sales track record and strong negotiation skills
  • Highly customer-focused, eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Flexibility to revolve around client and business needs.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Forex Brokerage industry.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Business/ Sales/ Marketing Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding and experience with financial products such as Forex, CFD, Commodities, Shares, Indices
  • 3+ year experience of working in financial services or brokerage.
  • Excellent level of written & spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic written & spoken is a big plus. 
  • Highly proficient user of MS Office.
