What we need:
- The Liquid team is looking for a passionate and proven Senior Client Servicing Manager to manage global FMCG accounts reporting directly to the Senior Account Director.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a global advertising agency in a client management/servicing role dealing with clients and creative teams is absolutely mandatory (Candidates without this experience will be filtered out)
- Candidate must have experience of organically growing an account and generating revenue (Candidates without this experience will be filtered out)
- Excellent English written and spoken skills. Knowledge of a European language will be an advantage
- Practical knowledge of how Microsoft Office works especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
What you’ll do:
- You will the client’s key contact for the creation of ecommerce and shopper marketing creative content and will work closely with the internal creative team
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Work in close partnership with the Creative team to drive impactful creative solutions across branded econtent.
- Ensure adherence to all pre-determined agency processes, creative briefing templates, contact reports and client status reports
- Brand/Product Knowledge champion (product features/pricing/ benefits/competitive advantage)
- Understanding of competitive landscape, program assessments & marketplace trend news/reports
- Drive business growth and revenue via pro-active initiatives
