Description:
Senior Accountant required
- We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough chief/senior accountant to join our rapidly growing firm to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting principles expertise in corporate accounting practices, including overseeing our Head Office and Branch Accounting, Banking and Taxes.
- Must be a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant field; MBA is an advantage
- Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in good standing
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a CPA/Chief Accountant/Senior Accountant in a corporate setting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management or managing an Accounting Department
- Extensive corporate tax experience with comprehensive working knowledge of AMLA (certified is a plus) and other banking laws
- Expertise working with Accounting/ERP Systems like Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks and others
- Outstanding English (is a must) and Arabic communication skills, written and verbal
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Willing to be assigned in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
