Description:
- Developing marketing strategies as per guidelines and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the premium brand.
- Through social media influencers as per the agreed plan
- Through press releases and blogs as per agreed plan.
- Regular posting / promotional activities on Facebook & Instagram.
- Promote brand on Youtube through influencers.
- Manage the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts.
- Identify the opportunities for relevant event participation to promote the brand and execute successfully.
- Assist in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
- Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
- Prepare, review and analyse Marketing reports and track progress of various strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget and keep a track of spends on regular basis
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches through IPM document process in co-ordination with related departments.
Profile of Suitable Candidates
1. Post Graduate in Marketing
2. 4+ years of experience in a Marketing role in the FMCG sector. Atleast 2+ experience in the UAE markets
3. Handled New Product Launches & Brand Launch and Stabilization from A to Z
4. Independent worker
5. Hands on Marketing professional with knowledge of all the current trends
6. Excellent Analytical & Creative skills
