Description:
Senior Call Center Agent- JLT Dubai, UAE
- Candidates who can join immediately and are locally available (Visit/ Cancel visa) for a face-to-face interview
- 3-4 Years of UAE Experience is mandatory
- Must have an experience in Customer Happiness, Retention, and Complaints
- Previous experience in telesales is a must as well
- Customer Centric, Critical Thinker
- Able to provide solutions as soon as possible
- Must have excellent English communication skills (no accent)
- Candidates with relevant experience in a call center only
- Female Candidates / No nationality preferences
- Salary up to AED 6000/ 6 working days
- Should have very good communication skills/ No strong accent / Good English commands.
