Senior Creative Designer

We’re a leading branding and design agency based in Dubai. We are currently seeking an experienced 'SR. CREATIVE DESIGNER' to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be required leading a highly creative team of brand designers. Main job responsibilities include:

* Conducting discovery sessions on new projects.
* Produce art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff.
* Manage design staff and collaborate with other creatives
* Preparing creative brief to be signed off and assigned to the creative team.
* Conceptualizing ideas and directing the creative team.
* Coordinating the overall creative process between clients and the internal team.
* Presenting creative concepts and finished projects to clients for review
* Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously to product quality content and meet client deadlines.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional groups.
* Enhances art department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

ONLY CANDIDATES WHO FULFILL THE BELOW QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE SHORTLISTED:

* A minimum of 5 years of industry experience specifically in Branding
* A stunning portfolio of REAL past work
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Bi-lingual candidate preferred (Eng-Arabic)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent design skills
* Great aesthetic judgment
* Top-notch leadership skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Proficiency with industry-standard tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
