Urgent Requirement by Etisalat: Senior Engineer / Engineer / Associate Engineer MSS SMB Assurance

6-10 years of related technical experience in a SMB Support environment supporting managed SMB Customers. 2-4 Years of Team Handling Experience.

Having Certificates like ITIL, CCIE, CCNP

 Responsible for the 24x7 monitoring, identification, reporting, assigning resolution of customer Incidents through delivery SMB Support utilities.
 Align with the obligated standards of SMB Support to support Etisalat customers of Managed SMB Services.
 Work with other SMB Support team members, provide proper support for customers, and create positive environment.
 Implement and follow best SMB Support practices and align with International Standards such as ITIL v3 in SMB Support practice.
