Description:
We are looking for a Senior Finance Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures. This role reports to the Finance Manager of the Group.
You should be familiar with audits, invoices, reporting and budget preparations.
Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handle all accounting transactions
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets
- Process invoices
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Participate in financial audits
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Assist with budget preparation
- Review and implement financial policies
- To carry out daily accounting duties including data transactions updating, reconciliations and payment processing
- Ensure timely and accurate closing and reporting
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, financial reports, group reporting and other reports on timely basis
- To handle accounts payable processing
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is a must
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Senior Finance Executive or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial softwares, knowledge in Oracle Netsuite is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Possesses team player qualities and takes initiative and ownership of assigned duties and with the ability to multitask.

- Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus
