Description:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/ Motion Designer currently based in Dubai.

In this role, you must always be ready to conceptualize and execute integrated cross-channel advertising initiatives. A creative duo who has understanding and knowledge in the overall pitch, presentation and execution. A designer/motion graphics artist with willingness to take part in ideation, design, animation, campaign building and the overall delivery of requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement/build a complete design strategy including a pitch, planning, ideation, presentation, set the creative deliverables, execution of idea and delegation in the most systematic manner.
  • Create and communicate concepts that intrigue and inspire the clients – with smart rational to support your ideas
  • Strong storytelling knowledge in campaign building, animation, design and directing.
  • Design comps, storyboards, mooodboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
  • Brainstorm and develop campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once
  • Collaborate and partner with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synergy to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in the advertising sector
  • Exceptional conceptual and design skills and a robust portfolio that shows your talent in print, web & motion design.
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
  • Proficient in Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, After effects and Premier
  • Expertise in Cinema 4D or other 3D applications will be an add on
